10/25/2017: National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee meeting scheduled

The National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee and its Subcommittees will hold meetings in Houston, Texas to discuss the safety of operations and other matters affecting the offshore oil and gas industry. These meetings are open to the public.

The Safety Management Systems on Vessels Engaging in Well Intervention Activities Subcommittee will meet Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., CST. Following this meeting the Regulatory Review Subcommittee will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., CST.

The full Committee will meet Wednesday, December 13, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. These meetings may end early if the Committee has completed its business, or the meetings may be extended based on the number of public comments.

The meetings will be held at the United States Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston, 13411 Hillard Street, Houston, Texas 77034.
